Also former republican State Senate Candidate Erin Calvin-Bacci who gave a large dollar donation? And like there's multiple other big name republicans that have donated to this run and her previous runs... concerningly.

I looked into her because someone said she was a progressive, but it looks like the only actual progressives are Beth Andres-Beck, Tram Nguyen, and Mariah Lancaster. Also she's a former Raytheon employee who backed a republican and said "well he's gay" as an excuse? I'm like so confused by all of this. I recently accepted a teaching job with Lynn public schools, and I wanted to see if anyone who has experience here could answer something about the culture. I run extremely warm, and I am unsure if it would be acceptable to wear a nice pair of shorts while teaching, especially if there is no AC. The handbook says there is no formal dress code but that you should dress professionally. Any thoughts? I am also going to ask HR when I fill out my forms but I thought I would ask here as well

Hi! I've been trying to meet more people in the area and want to try an idea I have. It's a small group cooking through one book together, beginning with Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat. I love cooking with and for others, and have also been on a personal journey to improve my skills. I thought it'd be a fun format for getting to know folks.
