Might have had a heart attack tbh

Was thinking the same. The way he stretched out before falling down makes me think something was happening in his body that had nothing to do with getting hit.

Man passes out 15 seconds after getting hit in head. Totally unrelated cause. Reddit.

Being I've had three. I'd say yup. That's pretty how it goes. Tough like me or not. Down you go.

Heart attack or that bonk knocked something loose and caused an embolism.

I participate multiple times a week in treatment of heart attacks, as a cardiovascular ICU nurse.

This was not a cardiovascular issue, unless it was a neurovascular bleed from the punch. It seems much more likely that he got a delayed knockout rather than any sort of cardiovascular event.

Doesn’t rule out a heart attack. Adrenaline can mask a lot of symptoms.

Yeah, but this is coming from somebody who has zero recognition of symptoms

Not a KO. Probably a heart attack

Did he started? I'm almost 60, I'm starting to think I should never leave my house.

Is that cause he got hit or an adrenaline pass out

It's gotta be adrenaline or some kind of blood pressure situation, right?

That’s what I’m thinking..

I think it’s cause he locked his knees right after straining himself and getting all pumped up. I’ve seen a fair share of guys just fainting from locking their knees up out in the heat while standing

Well I'll be damned. I guess it's only out of sheer luck that I didn't pass out when standing around when nobody told me locking my knees was deadly for over 40 years.

Lmao its not deadly it just can make you faint for a few seconds especially if you’re already hot or active or both, theres compilations of soldiers standing at attention outside for hours with random ones falling faint because of this- knees start trembling/buckling so they lock em then faint after a little while. which is why they explain in briefings not to lock your knees when you’re tired because there’s a chance it’ll happen. I’m not certain but I think it happens cause it slows blood circulation between your upper body and legs- so I think him being old, getting in a fight, drinking, then locking his knees may be what did him in

I didn't see him get hit.

I didn’t see him get hit unless I missed it. He stretched then fell, think heart attack or other health issue.
Narcoleptic people will also pass out if they get excited.

Not sure that was a result of the hit.

Yikes that's a heart attack.

1
