problem / help MTSU mobile map

Everything works with my MTSU mobile app, but now the map doesn’t work, when I click on map, it’s just a blue screen, my location is on and I’ve tried reinstalling. What can I do?

I sent in a ITD fix request because I work at the study hub @ the BAS and an older man who comes in a lot complained that it wasn't working. They got back to me and simply said, "The map is currently not working in the Mobile app. It is being evaluated, but we can not promise that this feature will be fixed quickly."

Apple Maps and Google Maps work pretty well on campus in my experience. Just switch over to walking mode

Mine has never worked. Apple Maps works really well for me though. The only downside is that obviously it doesn’t show the bus lines or bus live location.

I checked the console when going to the web version of the bus tracker (https://rhmobileapps.mtsu.edu/), it seems that their Google Maps 2D API is running a free trial, and had run out of usage limits.

"Maps Demo Key limit reached:
Your daily quota for Maps JavaScript 2D has been met. To continue without interruption and get higher limits, upgrade your account."

That map has never worked for me. I took a physical copy of the campus map with me everywhere and used Waze 🥹
