Why is a convicted rapist coming to speak at MTU?

Ben Johnson's website (benjohnsonministry.com) lists him as speaking to athletes that want to be "encouraged in their faith" on September 15th. Prior to this, he's speaking at a church in Calumet for a "men's night" event.

I really hate seeing a man convicted of raping a 16 year old and not owning up to his actions being paid to appear at a university like this.

Or hosting a men's night. He's the last person who should be doing that.
