Help request How do i make my MX Linux look like this?

ever since ive saw this image i have been hooked on how this looks, if anyone knows the tools or settings they might have used PLEASE tell me, its the perfect look for me, thanks in advance :>

Use a 5 inches monitor with lo res.

Numix theme or old Ubuntu human theme. Mintx or moka icons maybe Old Faenza icons. Font is a condensed one, might be Liberation, Roboto condensed etc.
