Cannot delete character because items in point inventory

So I wanted to get back into this game but I'm having trouble deleting my character, it keeps saying I have items in my point inventory, but it's empty. So I'm really not sure what to do, if there's no items to remove, how can I delete my character?

Deleting characters has no benefits unless you delete ALL characters.

I only have the one, I still want to delete it though, but like I said it wont let me

Mostly want the name off of it without spending money to change it.

Not really that much time, which is why I'm confused why I cannot just delete it.

Hi u/Quiiem, can you check your Cash Shop inventory as well? This can be accessed through the "Shop" icon on the bottom menu bar and selecting "Item Shop Purchase".

Are you planning on changing your race? If not, and you wanna use the same name, you can always just rebirth and completely change your appearance! There's not really a benefit to deleting your character, unless you don't like the name or race you picked.

Otherwise, if you still wanna delete them you can open a ticket on the mabi website! Support should be able to help you delete a character if it's not working and giving an incorrect message like that.
