Discussion What's your uptime?
I'm at 20 days on my M4 MacBook Air and 49 days on my M2 Mac mini. I think both would be higher if I hadn't performed an OS update and had a power outage!
Not sure how to check? Open Terminal and run 'uptime'.

This is a weird flex but okay. Best practice is to do a restart at least once a week.

I second this, restart my MacBook and iPhone once a week and have no issues.

I thought people quit flexing like this decades ago when our linux machines made it to a year or more.

Why care about that? I leave it plugged in all the time. It reboots with an update. That’s about it.

Most stable Mac I ever ran was a 2008 Mac Pro on Snow Leopard...could go 6-8 months sometimes without needing to reboot.

Don't know; don't care.
