FRANCHISE Franchise Points Question...

Whats the difference between the 'Purple' Franchise Points and the 'Green' Franchise Points?

The green points seem to be for Coaching Abilities. I have 450 Purple Franchise Points and i havent used them once/ . Are they for Ultimate Team only?

You can buy purple points with real money.

Green are ones you earn in-game through challenges and whatnot

purple points are for staff upgrades like your trainer and scout, things that buff the whole team over time. green is just for coaching trees. you can blow the purple ones in the franchise menu under the staff tab, theyre not for ultimate team at all

Im sorry for sounding stupid but I'm still having Issues with the "purple Points". Can you give me specifics on what the purple points can be utilized for? When i go under coach Central and My Staff, it seems like all the Scouting and even the Trainer abilities all fall under the "green" points.

So i ran some tests And apparently SO FAR it seems the purple points are just "BackUp" points after i utilize the Green points BUT heres there Kicker (No pun intended), after I reset to my original point during the Offseason, the Purple points i used previously after my green points were all gone and are NOW missing. The Green points came back BUT not the Purple pts.

So I guess the Purple points are a One time use only so far from what i have managed to figure out
