Toiletries and Beauty Truthpaste: Toothpaste Made In Brighton

Just wanted to give a shoutout to this brand. I've been using them for years because of the plastic free packaging, but since discovering this community I've checked the jar and it's made in Brighton too.

Truthpaste | The UK's best zero waste, natural and SLS free oral care

I am a dentist who now works in public health. The most environmentally friendly toothpaste is one that stops decay and hydroxyapatite is nowhere near as effective as fluoride. Use fluoride-free at your peril if you drink sugared drinks or snack on high sugared items.

Idk why people so mad about fluoride and happily snort whatever their dealer sells them.

or drink diet coke and eat processed chocolate and generally don't pay as much attention to anything else that goes in their body. If you're doing it right, you then spit OUT the fluoride! smh

If you want a fluoride one, Zing is also UK made, not plastic free but recyclable.

Prices are fucking ridiculous. £12-£20 for toothpaste. Pure greed.

The jars are £14, but they last for about 3 months.
