Those cutting boards are so beautiful, I would be afraid to use it!

I get that comment a lot, but not to worry! It’s an end grain cutting board, so the wood fibers naturally heal together any cut marks the knives make, and is also easy on maintain the sharpness of the knives - as long as you don’t use serrated knives 🙃
