Fluff 3rd draft loss for connectivity problems...

I'm having frequent connectivity problems with Arena, I don't know from where exactly, it seems like a problem with my modem or internet provider, but anyway, it's so frustrating that this is how the game started and ended. It didn't show me my hand, passed priority to the opponent the returns to me without even leting me conced

You need to troubleshoot your connectivity issues.

I would suggest you stop playing draft until you've fixed it. Otherwise you will understandably end up being more frustrated.

Worth noting that while customer service are pretty generous with refunds, there is some limit., There have been posts here about players who've gotten accounts banned for requesting too many refunds for issues they are/should be aware of.

Have you considered abstaining from paid events until you resolve said issues?

From experience, if you play on mobile, switching app (because you read a message, get a phone call or whatever) will cause a connection loss and make you unable to join back the game. I do my best to act as "do not disturb" while drafting on mobile.. Quite frustrating but the customer service is actually quite good on that end.

Change to unrestricted battery use and it should stop that issue, at least on Android
