Am I crazy for doing this?

I do build new decks sometimes but I stick with one deck for a very long time and even with old decks end up between plat and mythic. I play while I eat at work and sometimes at home a little bit, so I get the daily quest but rarely filling up the daily wins.

The only thing I do is adjust my decks with

new cards if I see something if I happen to see it from an enemy. So I stocked up a shit ton, dunno how long ago but I was at 100k and used it to build a deck, since then it stocks up again and I mainly refuse to touch it because I want to see how far it can go.

Am I the crazy one?

It may be worth your time to grind up enough gems each set to get the pass, if you haven't been

They are releasing so many sets per year that it’s entirely overwhelming. Keeping up is crazy, so I just don’t. I rarely play standard these days and stick to pioneer, historic, and brawl.

So I spend very little gold on new sets unless it really speaks to me. And therefore I too am collecting gold over time. Currently over 400k.

After two years of playing various decks, I realized I have the most fun with UW Control and now play it exclusively unless I need to play another color due to a 750 gold quest. 

I've got over 120x / 80x rare / mythic wildcards now because I only update the deck and make variants of it. The wildcards I get from opening packs from the free pass is enough to upkeep it.
