By far one of the top 3 most hilarious martial arts and cultivation manhua/manhwa I've ever read.

Surprisingly and most notably there's no "young master" bs or "you looked at me that way, so it's ON from now on" kind of friction.

People are fairly nice and reasonable in this manhua. These two disciples are a comedy duo! I'd rate it solid 7.8/10, because it's still early with only 26 chaps

If I'm not mistaken it's about an mc who is obsessed with this game app that rumor that it can change one's live

So the mc spend his life to do it quest? to achieve an achievement and that said achievement can be used for his daily life

From what I remember he has a best friend who supports him ni matter what (from what I remember)

In the 1st chapter the mc isn't that handsome and is quite fat too.His mother can't handle his behavior on obsessing on this game addiction while his father didn't mind to much of it (from what I remember)

He then goes to a monk place for months I think?He came back handsome and well built

The story was about a saintness who has a dog half human girl as a body guard and had a unfortunate life in her original world but reincarnated into the modern world and now works a like a 999 to support her little sister and apparently the half human half dog girl was transported too after being burned in the stake and the little sister discover her as a dog. The Manhua has less than 20 chapter from what I remember.

So these are some manhuas I think more people should try as for me personally they all were really great

the only thing that I can remember is that the mc was human and it was sort of a mrtial art and cultivation with gates ( I know that I am not narrowing it down). the arc that I remember is a night where the whole city ,or assassins where hunting the mc and he kept fighting then all night long (yeah it was like 3 chapter long arc). thanks in advance and sorry for the vague description.

[Help] Looking for a dark fantasy manhwa with an academy, dark magic, and an ancient scripture

I'm trying to find a manhwa I read some time ago, but I completely forgot the title. Some details might be slightly inaccurate because I'm remembering it from memory.

The story takes place in a very dark fantasy world. I originally thought the MC was a necromancer, but I'm not completely sure. It could have involved dark magic, corpse research, or creature creation.

Here are the details I remember:

The MC is connected to or attends an academy where magic is studied.

The world has dark magic and dark/occult factions or cults with significant power.

Corpses of various creatures are valuable, and the MC obtains some of them for research.

There is some kind of creature experimentation/creation, possibly similar to Frankenstein.

The MC has or encounters a humanoid tiger-like creature. I'm not sure exactly how it was created or whether it was made from a corpse.

The MC has a revenge motive.

There is an ancient book/scripture that has been torn into separate pages/fragments.

Different people or factions are searching for these pages.

The MC possesses at least one page.

At some point, the MC attends a summit/meeting involving a powerful dark faction.

He brings or hands over one of the scripture pages.

The group then tries to kill him, but one person from the group grabs him and saves him instead.

I also remember the MC killing a professor at some point.

The story was dark fantasy, not modern-day.

I'm not completely sure whether the MC's abilities were actually called necromancy. It may have been something more like dark magic, forbidden magic, corpse research, alchemy, monster creation, etc.

The clues I'm most confident about are:

Dark fantasy world + academy + valuable corpses/research + humanoid tiger-like creature + fragmented ancient scripture + powerful dark factions + revenge + summit betrayal where someone saves the MC.

I've already ruled out Necromancer Academy and the Genius Summoner.

If anyone recognizes this manhwa, I'd really appreciate the title!

as a novel reader i can tell you the story gets better in immortal realm and whats next if done right

upper realm was also done good altho it was a bit repititive i really loved side characters like king of six crowns, phoenix, wang zijin.

I remember a cultivator manhua where the MC is in space and fights and consumes/devours ghosts or ghost-like entities that I remember looking like Living Fog from slay the spire 2 but white instead of black/purple.

I am fairly certain it is Renegade Immortal or Martial Peak but I am unable to find the specific chapter that this happened in. It could also be something else entirely. If anyone has any ideas please do let me know.
