Mallet recommendations for practice
Does anybody have suggestions for marimba mallets that have a sharp sound while not being incredibly loud? Im looking for something to practice drum corps and WGI music with at my house, so I need something that is light and clear, but not incredibly loud or clicky. Preferably IP, but any brand is okay!

The Malletech Late Night series are made for this exact situation. They feel like normal mallets but have a soft core so it keeps volume way down.

As much as I am an enthusiast of the LNs, I don’t think they would qualify as light or clicky

IP 300s would work well. I love my Malletech Concerto CN14s for daily practice as well!
