Parking

I'm a grad student who will be commuting an hour to class three days a week from 4-8pm and did not get a parking pass. Any safe recommendations near Schroeder Complex?

There is 1 hour street parking until 4 pm on Clybourn near Miss Katie's Diner.

You can also find street parking on St. Paul by Third Space Brewing and Plum Media, then take the stairs up to 16th street and walk north to Schroeder Complex. This is where I park and have never had any issues.

I agree with this. I go to the gym in this area and take the stairs up as well.

Some campus parking you can still pay to park, with max rates per day. More expensive than a pass but believe the Wells structure is $10/day and always has space available (might be in upper decks but there is an elevator). Put yourself on the waitlist as a part time commuter and you’ll likely get off in a few weeks.
