With the release of Onslaught recently I decided to make a custom Capcom affiliation starting with the 8 playable characters from the first Marvel vs Capcom. I only play MCP casually with friends so I don’t know how over or undertuned these cards are and would appreciate any feedback. Every character besides Jin has identical cards healthy or injured so I didn’t include their injured cards.

So i usually play avengers or defenders and my brother usually plays brotherhood or storm x-men and he finally ran cyclops last night. First off dude is solid as a leader especially his field leader power, but man i was expecting so much more when i was hit with optic devastation. Like i was expecting characters to be thrown or pushed, getting a stun and/or stagger but nah, i lose like 1 power and take a few wounds. I mean this is supposed to be when Scott pulls his visor off and lets loose with no Charles or Jean to hold him back. My guys hit by the attack should not be able to act like they just got hit by like a gust of wind. Like my daredevil got hit by it and he just did his retaliation attack back and knocked Scott tf out 😭

Had a really good time painting this one after doing some unit painting for a different game. Very happy with the end result!

How'd I do?

Here's my take on Ulik. Basically tried to follow the box art but I decided to put pupils in the eyes. That's how Ulik's always looked in the comics I've read. I'm amazed how those two black dots change the look of the whole miniature. I like the box art look but I'm also quite pleased with how mine turned out.
