They can keep them for that price. There’s no reason that a single carded Spider-man with a full set of hands should retail for more than the regular ML price. This should have been $28 at most. Now they’re just raising prices without increased costs.

Hasbro is scalping their own stuff atp, a 10 dollar markup is INSANE imo. This figure should at most be like 27.99(the new "normal" price for legends it seems).

I got the X Force set, but the Spidey is an easy pass. I have Maxium and AF, didn’t see the need for this one. Especially for $35.

I've honestly been wondering this for the same exact reasons you've stated.
Sell outs happen so quick on pulse, but hasbro is the source of the figure. So weird. I dont really care as BBTS is my go to, but def odd.

Finally picked up the xforce 3 pack! I cancelled my preorder the first time around because I was on a collecting break only to come back and regret it. The funny thing is that I recently cancelled a bunch of preorders in anticipation of another collecting break when this was announced.

Damn, I really want that X-Force set but I can’t justify $29 for a Cannonball figure?? Sure, I can somewhat pay that price for Rictor (and maybe domino) but the Wendigo Cannonball’s being sold here locally at around $6, and I can live with that version.
