I’m looking for a woman based in Nouakchott who may be interested in a paid, part-time content creation role for a long-term digital project.

I’m intentionally trying online communities first because I’d much rather find someone through a space like Reddit than start approaching people randomly offline. I don’t have much time for that process, and I would also prefer to work with someone who is cool, aware, reasonably cultured, easy to communicate with, and comfortable working on a creative project.

Trying to recruit someone offline will honestly be my last option, and I’d prefer to avoid it if I can find the right person online.

The role mainly involves appearing in short videos and photos, occasionally speaking on camera, and participating in creative ideas. We handle the technical and business side: account management, content planning, editing, marketing, advertising, and audience development.

Compensation will be discussed privately with serious candidates. What I can say publicly is that the salary will be attractive, with additional performance-related benefits.

No previous experience as an influencer or content creator is required. Training and guidance are provided.

Because of the nature of the role, there are some requirements, just like with any other job. We need someone who is:

18+

in good general health and able to participate comfortably in filming sessions

motivated and reliable

energetic and expressive

comfortable in front of a camera

presentable and camera-friendly

creative and open-minded

willing to learn and try different types of content

You also do not need to spend your own money on makeup, clothing, styling or accessories for the content. Those aspects are handled by the project when needed.

And just to be very clear: there are no application fees. I will never ask a candidate to pay anything to apply or participate. All conversations and information shared during the recruitment process will be treated as strictly confidential.

Hello all, this is a random ask if anyone is willing - I've been trying to find any kind of translation for a song by Malouma called Rafi and can't find any resources that have the lyrics written down or that can translate the Hassaniya Arabic. Would anyone be willing or able to help? I've been able to find this distinct phrase and some of it's meaning "Subḥân əl-kân wə-l-bâqi ḥayy" and would love to know what the rest of this piece means.
