I am getting up there in age so I am a little worried, I won't lie, so I'm hoping it isn't to late for me.

I am seeking friendship that could potentially lead to more.

I had been with the father of my children for nearly 10 years so I am a little out of experience, with dating, period. We do have 2 elementary aged kids together and I felt obligated to stay with him for the sake of them.

I have focused these past nearly 10 years raising my kids, with no real wiggle room, so I'm out here doing what any other nearly 40 year old women with kids does, and trying to rediscover herself. Slowly building her life back up.

I have never really used labels for myself but I would say I am bisexual (obviously) but I am hoping to meet other women and explore that side of my sexuality.

Are there women out there that will date women with kids from previous relationships?

Just a little bit about myself-

I did recently go back to work. I had been a CNA previously but let it lapse so I could stay home and raise my kids. I am now a caregiver.

I think being a caregiver is in my blood.

I have always enjoyed baking.

I have started gardening. I don't know why but sunflowers are the only flowers I can grow. Literally everything else I try to grow, dies. If it sprouts, that's the extent of their lives. I have a black thumb but at least I don't give up 🙃

I enjoy going to the library, visiting book stores/ aisles/ sections- I do enjoy reading.

I am not good at writing, or being creative, but I am slowly trying to write a book. I'm not good at it but I like to pretend that I am lol

Hey, I know this might initially sound like I’m simply looking for someone to hook up with, but that’s really not the case. 😅

I’m more interested in finding people or a place where I can meet others who are bisexual themselves or who have had similar experiences. I’d simply like to talk to someone about it and hear how other people realized they were bi and how they dealt with it.

I always thought I was completely straight. But recently, I’ve been thinking more about myself and my sexuality, and I’ve realized that I’m not only attracted to women. I also find men sexually interesting and, in some cases, quite attractive.

So at the moment, I’m just a little unsure and would like to figure out what this means for me. I don’t necessarily want to put myself into a specific box right away. I’d just like to hear about the experiences of other people who may have been at a similar point in their lives.

I'm a bi guy and I've realized I don't really have any LGBT friends in my life, and especially no bi guy friends.

Sometimes I feel like it would really help to know other bi men who are chill and happy with themselves. I think having people to talk to who get it would help me feel more comfortable with my own bisexuality and make it feel more normal. At times it can feel a bit isolating.

I'm just looking to connect with guys who might relate to the bi experience, whether that's navigating relationships, dealing with stereotypes, or just existing somewhere in the middle of the spectrum.
