I need help
I was sexually abused for a very long time and now am extremely depressed and anxious. I don't have anyone irl that I can talk to . Can someone please talk to me ?

Above all, know that what was done to you WAS NOT YOUR FAULT.
There is a forum on MaleSurvivor.org for men who’ve been through similar trauma. There’s also 1in6.org, that helps.
