Torque Experts!
Hello all! Wanted to ask some insights from those who torque calibration experience. Our torque sensor and torque analyzers have always been calibrated as a system- together. When calibrating the sensor, vendor will use our analyzer. But our most recent calibration, we noticed they used a different analyzer not ours. And sensor failed at all test points with consistent bias across the range. Does the different set up could have caused this? Not sure why they used a different analyzer. Thanks in advance!

If it’s an AKO sensor you need to send out the head unit with it.

It's a BMX Mountz sensor. We always send them out together but they calibrated the sensor and analyzer separately.

I'm pretty sure BMX transducers store cal factors. With a constant .25 error it's possible it was zeroed before exercising.
It's possible the gain on one of the indicators is off but I wouldn't think its show up as a constant error across the range.

Yup. The calibration adjustments are stored in the readout. Did you send in the readout with the sensor?
