Stuck on boot screen

Just got my gen 3 box from the Xiaomi store and I have been using it for a few days now with no problems. But today I had to move some things around on the HDMI cables attached to my LG 4K TV. But now the box is stuck on the Google TV Boot screen and it won't move from there I have unplugged it for quite a while and plugged it back in. Even tried a different HDMI port and it just stays stuck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

So I got no response here and no one had any suggestions anywhere else that helped. So I packed up the box and it's funky remote and sent it back for a full refund. You would think that for almost 100 dollars that we would get a better unit. In a way I am glad it didn't delay me past the refund date.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a fake device. Send it back, get something else

I mean, you got it from the store. So it's just that you got very unfortunate if you are outside the return window.

Have you tried to connect to a PC??

If you didn't have developer options turned on and debug it won't probably show up, buy you have nothing to lose
