Bing Anyone else having problems with Bing app verification?

Hi, yes. I tried twice yesterday, still got an error upon entering the verification code in the app. Then tried again today hoping it got fixed, still got an error. Is Microsoft Rewards under maintenance currently? Can somebody answer?

samsung but i tried uninstalling and installing it worked now lol

I reinstalled the bing app, cleared cache from browser. I still have problem where I don't receive a text box upon scanning the qr code to enter the verification!! I sent a ticket multiple times and still not answer

App has been acting like dogshit the last week or two. Was working much better than in previous years recently but now I guess we are back to this.

It was 100% working for me just last week. Could it be one of those unannounced maintenance Microsoft does under the radar? Hmm

I am trying to redeem a code , I scan with mobile and it opens bing app but there is no box to apply the verification code. Please help

Hi OP, did you try to redeem using via laptop? I encountered that one also i just switched to laptop when redeeming an item.

I checked this option, but wouldn't you still be needing the Bing app to enter the code shown on desktop bing.com site? Like, there's a QR code shown on Bing desktop site and then you have to scan it, that will then redirect you to the Bing app. Please correct me if I'm getting this wrong.

Please let me know bc I scan the qr code only got it to take me to the rewards page on the bing app. Tried reinstalling, signing out, clearing cache n everything ☹️
