Best Flavored Milk?

I want to expand my horizons beyond my usual selection of whole milk, and I do drink chocolate milk occasionally, but what are some other flavored milks that you can seriously recommend to anyone?

The people I work with call lactose free milk "lactose milk"

I work at a personal care home as a Dietary Aide. Majority of my coworkers have English as their second language.

I work the morning shift, so when I'm preparing the resident's oatmeal the health care aides will requests lactose free milk. But, majority of the time they say "lactose milk", or will say "with lactose", I know what they mean but everytime they do I have to hold back my "umm actually" with chains 😂

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to drink milk

1.) Find a cup and milk

2.) Pour desirable amount of milk into cup

3.) Grab the cup of milk and consume, preferably with your mouth.

If you followed all these steps, you should find that you drank the milk.

Been really enjoying this beverage lately. It feels more refreshing than water sometimes and goes really well with doughnuts, which I have been enjoying lately too

[Question] How to get cream top out of the jug

When I get a gallon jug of the good stuff, there is inevitably a lot of cream stuck to the inside of the jug. The small mouth does not let me scrape it out easily. I've tried shaking it when it's two thirds full to break it apart and incorporated the cream into the rest of the milk. But I think the aeration makes it spoil faster. I have tried running warm water down the side to loosen it so it would slide down the wall. Is this safe? Is there a better way? Thanks.

I tried raw milk and I barely felt any difference.

As it says. I wanna start saying that i do NOT recommend to try this if you're not a responsible adult with a reliable source, and even with it, there are chances of you getting sick.

But whoever tried it already, it might be because I really was looking for something different but even if it's more yelow, not homogenized and all that, I feel the price (x3 the regular) and the potential risks aren't really worth the risk.

Any body experienced something similar? What's your take on it?

Raw milk

Ive been drinking raw milk for 12 months now…

I used to hate drinking milk tasted so nasty… but I had tried raw milk 12 months ago just for the fun of it and it was so much different than the pasteurized version. Don’t get me wrong I understand why people drink pasteurized milk but I just can’t get myself to drink it anymore. Once you go raw you cant go back. Im also way leaner than I was before even though I drink whole fat milk now. Also RAW GOATS MILKKKKKK….

Putting my milk in a wine glass because it tastes better for some reason??

Life has been rough recently. But you know what the one constant is? A glass of milk, especially in a wine glass. Idk why but the vessel really matters with a good glass of milk. I have mine delivered from a local dairy weekly who prides themselves on their testing and cow health. 11/10 way to start the day.

Gold Top

I’ve recently started getting milk delivered and was overjoyed to discover that they still offer un-homogenised gold top milk (for non Brits Gold Top refers to milk primarily from Jersey cows with a very high fat content 5.5% in this case).

Probably not the best for me but amongst the best milk I’ve ever tasted.
