Morality of…

Driving down an access road, following a line of traffic. You come upon a driveway notice a car attempting to merge. As you reach the driveway; you briefly slow your pace. As the vehicle attempts to break into the line, you reconsider, speeding up to deny entry. In your rear view, you see the car still stuck, as the incoming traffic continues to deny the driver the chance to merge.

So... you're basically asking what the morality of choosing to be a dick is?
I'll let you figure it out for yourself.

A predictable driver is a safe driver, vehicle with right of way goes. Having already given the opportunity though I’m pretty sure no-takesies-backsies was invoked making it immoral to then attempt the revocation

Not exactly immoral but kind of a selfish dick move.
