Opinion on champ: FUNNN alot of cc burn I might think yall are sadist, but hard to carry with but very useful twitch

I remember being attacked by a penetrant Ahri and when I finally killed her, Morgana yelled “VICIOUS CREATURE“ but I don’t recall her ever saying that the past months? Makes me wonder if I made it up lol.

Saw the post yesterday about the 3 camp dark seal clear and just thought to post a video focused on the clear itself!

I haven't been liked or tried raptor clear starts for a few months now but thinking of trying it out some more after seeing that post

In 26.16 the jungle pet damage scaling on AP and bonus HP was increased to encourage more AP junglers. Combined with absolute focus (which is a rune Morg uses very well in the jg due to her passive healing) you can now take a 3 camp base strategy on this champ, clear to scuttle crab in time with an item advantage of a book or a dark seal.

Morgana can already just start a buff and clear normally with a few sec to spare before scuttle, but the general recommended path is raptors krugs red, walk cross and clear other side, scuttle and then walk straight immediately back to raptors krugs for a 1250g darkseal + fated ashes base. There are two weaknesses of this clear though:

1. You can’t gank the side you finish your full clear on without risking your level 2 raptors and krugs being both stolen, which can be done if enemy jg has fast clearing speed or terrain mobility
2. Even if you cross back to your raptors immediately, if you don’t have a strong mid matchup who can rotate and fight, you can still lose their respawn from the enemy jg doing a full clear and checking them after scuttle. Morg lvl 4 straight up loses the 1v1 duel against most AD junglers, both from runes (harvest/comet vs yellow tree) and the fact that you’re a mage with long cd’s and a weak AA.

The 3 camp base mitigates these problems while still getting the camp cycling benefits of raptors start:

1. If there’s a high percentage gank after full clearing, you can go for it knowing that you’ll gain dark seal stacks even if you lose a camp. And you’ll lose only your raptors, not krugs due to their longer respawn
2. If there’s enemy meets you at the raptor respawn, you’re much more likely to secure them with the item advantage
3. Besides being able to gank lanes while stronger and potentially getting dark seal stacks, this clear also opens up a clean gank timer post raptors respawn, as your krugs are not yet up and wolves/gromp are still a long ways from respawn.

I messed up my clear by probably at least 5s but I was still first to scuttle with an item advantage, and this game was on my diamond acc. Works with any runes as long as you have double AP shard and absolute focus.

I like morgana the way she is personally. Suure her damage falls off if you dont hit her q, but the same can be said if you dint hit lux q, you cant combo and kill, if you dont hit mel root you just poke with q. If you dont hit morg q, you either w if they are slowed or cc, or you dont take fight? You can also block cc for others (only champ in game.) Aaanyways am makong this post mainly to vent, i am a morgana jg main with 167 games this season alone! Her clear ranges from 2:39ish to 2:48 depending on how hard you drill it!

is rylais on morgana viable? i like how it feels but apparently it’s not very good for her?

I've tested it due that Korean player that talked about it here, and I quite liked it! You can struggle a bit with mana, but it gave Morgana such a good killing agency that she normally does not have.

I feel like this build can be viable with proper optimization, at least in games where Morgana is against squishy champs, otherwise the burn build would be better.

Has anyone tried it?

I am a midlaner who plays solely mages, and I do not have any more emotional capacity to play bot lane as my secondary role. So I was thinking about giving a try to top lane, and I know that its super match up specific, and its a fully isolated island, and I was thinking about taking a mage there who can be useful for the team in fights both with utility and damage to neutralise the enemy team top champ. And Morgana is the most appealing choice for me.

So I am looking for the ideas and thoughts on the runes and build. Would Aery be better than DFT? Is mandate an important pick? How useful Liandrys? Will TP be better for map pressure than combat spell? Overall I am looking for any thoughts on the matter.

Hello. I am a midlane Morgana OTP of 15 years on the KR server, <모르가나만판다>.

My peak tier is Grandmaster.

I am writing this to share a few tips and item builds.

Lost Chapter items like blackfire torch or Luden's Companion do not suit Morgana.

= The reason is that she is a battlemage.

She needs a baseline of tankiness for her damage to pack a real punch.

The reason your Morgana feels weak is because the second part of her ultimate fails to land.

= This connects to point number 1. Morgana is a champion who shines when her ultimate's second hit goes off.

There are 3 recommended 1st-core items:

Hextech Rocketbelt, Stormsurge, and Shurelya's Battlesong.

Liandry's Anguish is good as a 1st core exclusively for champions who rush Rod of Ages (RoA) like Ryze or Anivia.

If you want to go for a poking Morgana build, Luden's, Stormsurge, and Shadowflame deal the most damage.

This is an item build I unconditionally recommend if the enemy team has no assassins.

Don't be obsessed with Ability Haste.

= It's meaningless if the enemy doesn't feel threatened when hit by your skills.

An Ability Haste of around 25 to 35 is appropriate.

Practice Black Shield.

= You need to be able to react within 0.5 seconds. In my case, I use smart-cast E for allies and Alt+E for myself. Everyone needs to research and practice their own method.

Morgana has a combo too.

= I call it the QR combo, and it results in a 5-second stun.

If you press Q and R simultaneously at a distance where R reaches, the R damage deals before the Q lands, and unless they have tenacity, they cannot move for 5 seconds.

Morgana should be played as an assassin.

= If you use her for poking, her ultimate gets sealed.

You have to fight like a battlemage assassin who breaks up enemy formations.

I am usually main'ing Seraphine, as support. Lately started enjoying playing Morgana as supp. Based on the latest games - something seems off, it never felt like this with Sera when looking into results. Is she not good as a champ in low Elo? I don't get it.

And what your advise playing here in low elo? In those games I do high damage, plenty cc, don't feed

So with the exalted skin changing in 10 days do we think morgs will come back? Jinx, sett, morde all had a re run with viego being new but morg hasnt and i believe she will come back. Personally i love the skin and have saved up pulls and money to get it and i would love for it to come back. In a sense of timeline yes she should be here next but ive seen discussion of jinx coming back and just wanted some insight from others!

Hello Morgana mains!

First, I want to say… I love all of you beautiful people. Seeing a Morgana on my team in any role or lane makes me very happy. She has a great kit that makes her fun to play with.

But anyway! I’m making a bunch of champions in the Sims 4, starting with Morgana. Here she is so far. Any advice or tips are appreciated. :) I also know she looks Asian, which was not intended but I also love. I forgot to change the eye preset and went right in to editing the shape instead. But I can use an eyelid overlay if it really bothers people. This is also based on her model, not splash art. I used Khada!

One final thing, this is a temporary hairstyle I thought looked nice. I’m still browsing CC sites to find the perfect one for her.

I hope you guys like her so far. Big WIP! When I finish, I will link a spreadsheet/doc with all the CC. :)

I actually had one years ago and I’m trying to find the same one again. I remember it had a full Morgana-themed keycap set and the whole keyboard looked like a dedicated Morgana/League of Legends keyboard.

Hello everyone, long time no see here. With new patch coming next week it looks like Morgana will be in VERY good spot, buffing her clear speed in addition to meta shifting more to AP/Tank Junglers which Morgana perform very well into.

Build question for Morgana players:

Why do most builds use Arcane Comet over Deathfire Touch? Don’t get me wrong. I know how strong Arcane Comet is and has been a staple before Deathfire Touch was a thing.

But seeing as many builds also stack Liandry’s and Blacktorch for the burn, I’d expect the same to be done with the runes.

I’ve been using Deathfire Touch and I’m not going to say it’s better since I’m still relatively new to the game, but I am curious still.
