AskMorocco Passport Issue (Long wait)

Hello everyone,

Do y'all face the same issue as me or is it just... really me?

I applied for my passport precisely three weeks ago... The site shows the update (Passeport en cours de personnalisation) but it has stayed there for a week, it should've normally gone to Passeport Prêt a while ago. Sometimes when i go check it again, the update goes back to (Demande en cours de traitement)

I live in Temara (near the capital), it shouldn't take that long to issue a passport, no?

Last week I went to mo9ata3a, they told me that it can go up to 25 days since the moroccan passport is going to have some brand new features, and they also told me that they did not have my passport ready yet,

So at this point I'm lost, how much more should I wait for it to come out?

It's normal; the new passport requires about 20 days to one month.

Don't bother checking online. go lmo9ata3a and check later this week or next week.

Source: They told me it'll take 20 days. Went on day 21 morning and it was ready.
