Merch Merch
Has anyone gotten the necklace or jersey yet? I was just wondering since my jersey was ordered July 8th and necklace August 6th and both still haven't even shipped...
The necklace said ships on or around aug 14th but obviously not lol... the jersey.. idk it's crazy.. but I got my cd vinyl & r.i.p poster tho!

I placed a very large order in June and still have yet to receive it.

I haven’t received anything and I ordered early July too… I got the zip up hoodie and rebuilt by what broke me shirt..basically feel out of $118..

Oh trust me I get it! Just the jersey and necklace cost 131.95!! That's why I'm so anxious! (Also the hoodie? awesome choice dude i almsot got that)

Im still waiting for my order I placed July 7 thats over 200, but yall they already said there was a problem with the wearhouse. You WILL get your merch they aren't ripping anyone off and don't plan too. Pretty much a wearhouse closed and got locked up with a bunch of their merch on pallets locked inside. They are trying to get it all ASAP and you all will get your shit please be patient and continue to support the guys it's not their fault.

Oh yeah 100%! I definitely don't blame them! I was just trying to see if anyone had gotten the jersey or necklace yet or if noone has i know I'll get it eventually it definitely isn't the bands fault ♡

Still waiting for most of my merch, including my sunglasses, poster, badges, T-shirt & the signed card. I had a look on merch site & most items show as sold out. So maybe they have just stopped taking orders for items they know will take forever to arrive. At this rate I’ll be wearing my sunglasses at Christmas

LMAO fr! I got my vinny vinyl, signed cd, r.i.p. Poster, vinny cd... but not my jersey and blood vial necklace and it has taken FOREVER I'm hoping maybe they'll ship in September? I hope you get your stuff man I'll be wearing my necklace at Xmas with ya 😭

I was joking that I really will be wearing my sunglasses at night because they will arrive in winter. It’s actually terrible customer service and I can’t believe the band haven’t said something. Then again they delete comments and block anyone who says something they don’t like ..

Necklace page recently updated, a lot of the merch for the release said August, but the necklace currently says on or around September 4th!

Oh really? I'll have to go check!! Ik the jerseys they put back up say September so I'm hoping both will be shipped next month now!

I ordered around the first of August and nothing. Order received- that’s it. I did have one preorder but the item was supposed to be available on the 14th. I emailed them a week ago too but no response, just that someone would get back to me.
They have that banner on the merch site about warehouse issues but still. Sounds like regardless of warehouse changes they take forever to ship, according to this thread.

Its not just switching warehouse one got closed down and a bunch of their merch got locked inside. I feel bad for them it's gotta be making them so mad. I also want my shit though. Im understanding but also impatient.

Yeah im sure they aren't the only ones affected but it does suck for them that its in the middle of their tour people want their merch for shows.

It depends on the product I guess idk my cd was here in a week same with my vinyl but that jersey man idk when it'll get here... idk where they're moving warehouse to and idk when they'll get it all sorted but dang! I wish they would even tell people some kind of update on anything!

I got them to cancel my order, but they didn’t refund me 🥰🥰🥰 glad I opened a claim with paypal earlier this week. They have 5 more days to respond

It takes forever to get anything from them. I’m still waiting on my cd I ordered back in June
