This is from the Little Golden Book by Luke Flowers. It looks like these are all characters that were voiced by Jim. There are a few that I am completely clueless about. For example, the little Muppet bottom, right. Also the blue dragon with the Fez on his head. He can’t be the La Choy dragon, can he? I think that’s Forgetful Jones in the background, but Jim didn’t voice him. So who is that? And who is the Muppet with the captain’s hat?

Hello! I wanted to share a drawing I made of my OC Stitches with Rowlf the Dog. I’m working on a crossover story where she’s the main character and she meets the Muppets and becomes a performer.

Fun fact! Rowlf was the first Muppet to discover Stiches’ talent. She was singing on her own in the Muppet theater one night while everyone else was out eating dinner after a long day of rehearsals and he came in looking for her since none of the Muppets saw her at the restaurant with them. When he walked in he saw her on the stage singing her heart out and decided to join her by playing the piano. When the performance is done he compliments her and encourages her to audition for the Muppet Show. However, she isn’t really sure about doing it because she’s going through a lot of self doubt, especially after being abandoned by her trainer for losing a lot of competitive battles, and doesn’t think a Pokemon should be performing with the Muppets (she’s a Pokemon called Mimikyu). He understands and tells her that if she ever wants to talk he’s there to lend a listening ear. Then he invites her to go back to the restaurant with the others so she doesn’t stay alone in the empty theater and she accepts. These two are basically platonic friends, and even though Stitches can be a bit of a diva sometimes, she’s one diva that Rowlf doesn’t mind performing with (unlike a certain lady pig)

I’ve already drawn Stitches with Rowlf and Pepe the King Prawn and I wanna draw her with more Muppets to get an idea of how they would interact together. It’s so much fun coming up with dynamics for them!

I hope you guys like the drawings! Rowlf is another one of my favorite Muppets!

Muppets shilling for Disney. Not even in a fun or clever way. The original spirit of the Muppets would have made fun (in a light way) of the program or show a Muppet completely misunderstanding the program. Just look at the advertisements they made during the era.

This is just sad, showering Disney with blind praise.

Also, Eric and Matt show zero chemistry with their Piggy and Eric. Heck, they had more chemistry with their Piggy and Constantine.

If you watched PBS growing up, you may have heard of this show called The Woodwright’s Shop with Roy Underhill. I remember watching it when I was younger, and for the longest time I always thought Roy Underhill was Mr. Noodle from Sesame Street. 😂 I know they’re obviously two different people, but something about his hair, mustache, and the way he looked always made me think of Mr. Noodle. Even now, whenever I see Roy Underhill, that’s the first thing I think of. 😂

Also, when making this post, I realized it'd be cool if Disney made a box set with all the TV specials (Hey Cinderella, The Frog Prince, Musicians of Bremen, Letters to Santa, Haunted Mansion, etc). Now would they is a different story

I was wondering if it was 5-6 months or a yr because I know the bike ride with all the muppets in London, that at least took a while than Kermit riding the bike(Muppet Movie '79). Just wondering if it just little wonky because the Muppet Show was going on and then getting the guys for that and Caper...might have been a pain in the ass for everyone
