Hey y'all,
Here are the top 10 non-alcoholic beers according to this subreddit, computed from 42,000 of your public comments.
Every "best of" list gets backlash lol. So hear me out.
The full algorithm and details behind every rank
Really curious to hear everyone's opinion. I'm definitely open to tuning the system if there's anything critical I missed.
Feel free to rip me a new one too, and I'll reply with the data.
Disclosure: I moderate this sub and I built the tool. No brand can pay for placement, and nothing moves a rank but the data.

Hey ya’ll,
A few months ago, I posted here about selling everything I own just to keep NA Beer Finder alive.
At the time, I wasn’t sure if it would actually work out.
Well, it did. We hit break-even. w00t!
Because of 250+ of you who subscribed, the website/app covers its own hosting, data scraping, Google APIs, and ongoing development. You literally saved it.
So here’s what's next...
Excess profits from subscriptions are now going towards bigger upcoming features.
- Notifications: when a new NA beer pops up in your town, and tracking a specific venues NA menu.
- A much larger directory: with nutritional info, gluten-free filters, and more that tie directly into search results and filters
- Covering subscriptions: for those who need or can't afford it.
Starting today:
If you’re 25 or under, PM me your email or use this form and I’ll unlock it free.
That number ties back to my own story, and it feels like the right starting point.
For current subscribers, thank you so much!!! You’re not just keeping NA Beer Finder alive, you’re making it possible for others to use it too!

I went ahead and made a hoppy pilsner because I got tired of trying to find an na hoppy pilsner…. I made this using chezch pilsner malt, tettang hops, hallertau blanc and a lot of mosiac…. It’s decent but I might of overdid it on the la blanc doesn’t taste the pilsner flavor it’s more like a tropical ipa… I used white labs na all day yeast so it is a true non alcoholic coming in at 0.3% abv also that yeast is why it’s not clear any way it’s good just like I said I need to make adjustments

Just bought some more NA Lizard King and Sam's NA Oktoberfest (had to go to two different stores. I'm in Chicago). I'll be enjoying these for a min. Both are absolutely stunning.

I tried the best NA beer I’ve had in my life during a shot trip to Sweeden a few months back. I’m a couple years sober and do miss a beer occasionally. I’ve tried an enormous variety of NA variants and they never quite hit the spot. This one is spot on and could fool the most discerning beer drinker. Has anyone ever heard of it or seen it for sale in the US? I’d love to buy some and thought I’d share

FYI
NA Speedway is now available from Alesmith. You can order it online and have it shipped or pick up from the brewery. Hoping it gets some distro as it's $30 bucks to ship to Chicago. That's a 90 dollar case of NA beer.
I really want to try this one!

Was able to crack this one open with dinner. It's been a crazy week. This was one of the tastiest NA IPA's I've had in awhile! Super refreshing, piney and hit the spot after a long work day. Definitely excited to try the Hazy Next!.

Both are 12 oz cans yet different dimensions.

No, this isn't a bottle of Stella Artois - take another look; it's actually Aldi's Sainte Etienne alcohol-free lager. This beer offers a surprisingly good alcohol-free experience with a refreshing hoppy twist. Surprisingly decent considering how bad their AF wine was - https://www.mydrybar.com/sainte-etienne-alcohol-free-beer/

Always been a drinker but due to getting older and trying to be healthy, Ive cut down. Got me some today and it’s delicious. I can’t wait to drink more during football season!

I forgot how much I liked this one last year. It’s more of a brown ale than a fall beer. It’s really full bodied and definitely makes me feel summer is over.

I think my top four are the Guinness, Sam Adams Oktoberfest, Black Butte, and Heineken as a classic go-to for the aftertaste. I tend to like the darker drinks.

This September 12th the Dry Hop festival is returning to Denver, Colorado. From 12-5 there will be all kinds of activities, but best of all there will be tons of nonalcoholic beer brands onsite.
This event is organized by reducaholic, who is easily one of the most knowledgeable dudes in the country when it comes to non-alc beer. I see at least a dozen brewers who will be on site, and if it’s like last year they’ll probably sneak a few more in last minute.
If you dig nonalcoholic beer and are in the Denver area, this is not to be missed.
I love hop waters. Especially the double hopped.
I haven't been able to find a ton of other brands but what ones should I look out for that are 0 calorie.

As much as I desire Old Mil NA in Colorado, I swear this wasn’t me.

If you are in SoCal, I’ve been really impressed with the selection at Lazy Acres. We tried the Erdinger tonight. The taste for me was a bit unexpected, but I enjoyed it in the end.

Pseudo Sue was my absolute go to when I was still drinking the normal stuff so I was pumped to find this.
It’s pretty dang good imo, little pricey at $13.99 a six pack but I would make it a regular if I see it more often .
Now if only they could recreate a NA Mornin’ Delight and Assassin…..

I bought 4 hoppy beers and tried them all over two days. Here is my quick review…
Lawson’s: 9.5/10. It’s as good as advertised. It’s the best NA IPA I’ve had. Only .5 deduction so the body is a touch thin and head dissipates quickly. Normal for
NAs but that’s the only thing I could see improved. Dank, juicy, bitter, balanced. Wife agreed.
Fresh Haze: 6/10. This is just overly juicy for me. It’s dang near juice. It’s fine and I’ll drink them… I can see others liking this more but it’s so unbalanced which I have never liked. The regular NA fresh squeezed is better IMO and even that one borders on too juicy.
DC Brau Pale: 4/10. I will drink it. It needs to be quite cold. Malt and bitter. Not a ton more going on. Nothing for major off flavors but it’s just basic at best.
Best Day Galaxy: 2/10. Drainpour. I tried it again and dumped the sixer. Malt bomb filled with unfermented wort flavors. The galaxy hops mixing with that were also just weird.

Checked out More or Less in Grand Rapids, MI on the rec of this sub. Awesome shop and this was a real winner.
I've seen a lot of reviews and reactions to these, and most have said they're terrible. But I've also seen quite a few say these were okay or even good.
So I finally broke down and bought a cold 12 pack from my local Target. Just to see for myself. My rankings in order are above (and below I guess):
To be clear, none of these are close to my faves: Athletic, Deschutes, Best Day, Rationale. Karbach, etc. The worst beer any of these brands make is better than the best Beros.
But they aren't all terrible. One of these is okay.

It’s quite good! Crisp and refreshing. I was hoping for more of a malty/yeasty flavor, but it’s not bad at all. Won’t have any problems finishing the six pack 🍻
