Academics Final Dates
I stupidly booked a flight on the 20th and found out there could be finals on that date. Has anyone who taken these classes in the past know if the final dates have fallen on the 20th?? calc 1, Intro to databases, Program Design and Implementation 2, and Technology and Human Values.

Final dates can vary semester to semester or depend on what professor you have. I also think NEU started doing weekend finals fairly recently?
I didn’t have a final for intro to databases and technology and human values, just a final project. Can you see your final dates on the student hub?

it’s just says to confirm details with the instructor, just wondering which profs did you have??

your final dates will be announced later in the semester, i believe before the end of september. it always says confirm details with instructor in the waiting period, but theres nothing to do but wait. even the professors don't know yet.

I had Rachlin for intro to databases and Basl for tech and human values. You might be able to find a past syllabus for your professors to see if they have a final?

after finals are over on the 20th, so starting the 21st.

From what my professors have told me, thry can happen at any time and they have no control over it; so I’d prolly rather be safe than sorry and reschedule your flight if you can.
