I'm incredibly behind when it comes to my NPB knowledge because I only just discovered Isao Harimoto.

Where could I possibly order a stitched vintage or replica Harimoto Toei Flyers jersey? Finding it's difficult to source NPB jerseys like this as a non-Japanese speaker/reader.

Totally understand that the possibility of getting a true vintage one would be incredibly difficult, but even a stitched replica Harimoto jersey would be great if you could point me in the right direction!

I'm visiting the Kobe area for a Sister City City Council event in late September/October and I ordered a ticket to a Tigers game on Sept 29th. I've been to dozens of MLB games in my life. But this is my first time in Japan and I love Baseball so I bought a ticket. And I have a few questions:

1.) I ordered my Ticket on Stubhub and it says it's getting mailed to me? I'm used to getting a QR code for these things. Is this correct? If so when does it arrive? I have my travel address set to my hotel on Kobe in case it gets mailed late.

2.) what time do I need to arrive? I was thinking an hour before the 6pm start.

3.) what other cultural things do I need to know ahead of the game? I was told to never get up when the home team is playing.

Bonus: I'm planning on taking the city train over to the stadium from Kobe, anything I need to know?

Takumi Kuriyama has always been my favorite baseball player.
This was the first Lions jersey I ever had customized with Kuriyama’s No. 1. It also has commemorative embroidery celebrating his 2,000th career hit.
It’s too small for me to wear now, but I’ll treasure it forever.
On August 30, Kuriyama retired.
How could that not feel lonely?
But I was there to watch his final game and see him off.
“Mr. Leo.”
The retirement ceremony was incredible. Seeing the entire stadium celebrate his career was something I’ll never forget.

The story of Negro League baseball is much bigger than the story of players who were denied entry into Major League Baseball. It’s also a story of international influence, cultural exchange, and seeds planted in countries around the world — including Japan.

In 2027, the 100-year connection between Negro League baseball and Japan will be celebrated through the Centennial Tokyo Tour, commemorating the historic 1927 Philadelphia Royal Giants (PRG) tour of Japan.
