New season ticket holder in the supporters section, how do I become a real supporter and not just a guy clapping along?
Got hooked on the club since the World Cup break, haven’t missed a game since and really been enjoying it even thru the tough stretch we’re in now. First game in person was Philly, sat 3rd row at the halfway line, terrible loss but loved being there and actually spent the whole game staring over at the supporters section and their energy. Few days after that game I locked in season tickets in the supporters section for the Sprint Season. Till then I plan on doing individual tickets for the rest of this season too and I already got some for Nashville and RedBulls in the supporters section, bringing some friends along. Been trying to learn the chants ever since so I’d actually be ready next time instead of just standing there.
Talked to a cool dude from The Third Rail already and I love how Los Templados bring the drums and the noise. I already know joining a group is the move, I’m serious about this and having a blast being all in, I just wanna know the actual difference between the two before I pick one. Also are the marches a Los Templados thing or a whole fanbase thing.
Basically I just wanna be worthy of being in that section and not just some guy clapping along. What do I actually need to know or do to be a real supporter and not just a body in the crowd.

TRAORE: 10 APPEARANCES & 1 GOAL (PK)
Return him. Not good at all. Ten games is more than enough time to get fit. No goals from the run of play; not even any close calls. Just an absolute dud.

Pascal Jansen & Agustin Ojeda Post Match Press Conference After NYCFC's 1-1 Draw to Toronto FC 8-29-26
Match Thread [Matchday Thread] Toronto FC vs. New York City FC | August 29, 2026 @ 19:30
Hi everyone! As Matchthreadder has been retired and we don't have a replacement, there's not a lot of value in having different pre-match and match threads any longer, so I'm combining them into a single Matchday Thread.
Feel free to discuss both before and during the match, and I'll still put up a post-match thread afterwards. Cheers!

Sit Down interview with NYCFC sporting director Todd Dunivant
3 weeks ago we sat down with NYCFC Sporting Director Todd Dunivant about the club’s future. We discussed the new stadium and how it could help NYCFC attract bigger-name players (Christian Pulisic), the Nico Fernández transfer rumors, Maxi Moralez’s future with the club, where Talles Magno fits into the team, and how the new signings will come together once Alonso Martínez returns. Chapters in the YouTube video so you can click the exact timestamp you are interested in.

Etihad Park - Season Tickets - Upper Bowl Prices?
Has anyone received any type of indication of what pricing may be for season tickets, in the upper bowl of the new stadium?
Personally find it very difficult to decide whether to participate in Phase 4 or 5, without knowing what the pricing is across the park.
Would appreciate any nuggets of information, or even educated guesses.

Etihad Park - East Sideline Club
My rep does not seem to have much to share by way of details.
Do folks have an idea of what the East Sideline Club will actually have and whether it is worth anything?
Seems there is a benefit to have a climate controlled space. But in terms of food and beverage, it is all for purchase. I assume at stadium-type premiums.
Is there much benefit to the access?

Rumors of Nico to SKC?
I was listening to Total Soccer Show this morning and they were talking about the potential for Nico to go to SKC for ~$23M like it was common knowledge? I know there's been rumors about other teams coming in for Nico, but if this team sells the best player it's had in years to another MLS club right before the new stadium opens, idk how we can take them seriously anymore.
Google "Sangare chant"
Simple. Appreciative of one of the players. Anyone who wants to can join in.
Can we have something like this at our matches? Please and thank you.

Etihad Park+
Okay so I saw maybe 3 or 4 emails about Etihad Park+ and am not sure why its even a thing. If someone is a season ticket holder, shouldn't that get them access to the benefits that Etihad Park+ is advertising? Just another cash grab?
Side note: Saw a mention that founding members are getting the best price on season tickets. Is this something that people are finding to be true?

Visiting - can I be in the supporters section as a visitor?
Hi there, I'm a Tampa Bay Rowdies fan planning on visiting the city for my bday weekend and want to grab tickets to the Nashville game. I don't mind the chants, standing, drunks, fervor etc. but do I need to be a NYC FC supporter to be in the supporter section? I've gotten mixed responses, but maybe I'll have an MLS team to support - TIA
