I'm currently writing a song for the r/metalmusicians songwriting challenge where my task is to blend another bands style with my own. My band is Nirvana, so I'm hoping to find a singer that can pull of a Cobain style and wants a simple little project. I'll write the lyrics and melody, you just need a decent enough setup to record it.

Deadline is end of October, so there's plenty of time. I have some riffs written, and a rough song structure, but there's a fair bit of work to be done before I'm ready to record.

I’d describe my voice as youthful, feminine, soft/airy, and emotionally conversational. I think I fit somewhere around modern pop, alt-pop, and contemporary R&B.
Stylistically, I’m drawn to the softer sides of Tate McRae, Madison Beer, SZA, and Ariana Grande—not saying I sound exactly like them, just that I like that intimate/vulnerable vocal lane.

Uncle Mark tapping in with an update on Collab Project #1. A few months ago, I decided to try something different and put out an open call here on Reddit looking for artists who wanted to collab on a song.

One of the people I connected with was DragonBeard.

We traded ideas, pieced things together, and ended up creating “Take A Bow.” What started as two people connecting through a Reddit post is now a finished song and an official release.

The song is about growing, self-belief, taking chances, and learning to give yourself some credit for how far you've come.
