App issues

Constantly get the error message whenever I try to use the app, and then even though I have the schedule set for the water to heat up each day, it says off until Saturday? Seems like a terrible product so far! Moved into a house with it and thinking of changing it to Hive

I just have nest cameras but did get this notice today on my iPad but connected right away on my android phone
