r/NewJerseyPics Community guidelines and spirit
Greetings fellow New Jerseyites! As we near 2k subscribers, I figured it was about time to lay out some ground rules for this subreddit. Rather than just having a list of rules, I feel that it is important to instead have a more of a mission statement sort of thing that can be flexible and mods can use to judge if a post meets the criteria more on a case-by-case basis. So here it is:
Our subreddit celebrates the beauty and culture of New Jersey through high-quality photography and artwork. We welcome images of nature, landmarks, and scenes from across the state, as well as creative artwork that pays homage to NJ. We encourage respectful engagement and original content. Together, let's showcase the best of New Jersey and foster appreciation for our shared home.
