Childcare Toenails!

When the heck did you first have to cut them?? I feel like I'm cutting his fingernails once a week, but have only had to cut a tiny hangnail off the big toe once!

Edit: Just turned 3 months!

I haven’t cut ties as much as I cut fingers. When he was born his toenails like didn’t exist compared to his fingernails.

I’m cutting fingernails every other day lol. Highly recommend the mom Frida cutters as they cut from left to right instead of one blunt cut.

I'll have to check that out! I feel like I'm doing fingers all the time, and just wondered when on earth I'll have to do his toes!

I only cut the big toes when they start to get long (he scratches himself). It’s like once a month??? I think. The rest break off on their own. I might have cut the toes at around two months for the first time.

Like well over a year. Maybe 15 months?

I was thinking of this! My baby is almost 11weeks and her toenails have never been long but her fingernails are constantly too long

My daughters toe nails are so small I can hardly see them half the time. Her big toe nails I do have to cut maybe once a month, but only if they start scratching her/us.

I didn't cut them until 5ish months? But now they grow fast (10m) though not as fast as fingernails!
