Google Fi users, do you like it?
ive considered getting Google Fi but I dont know how I feel about it.

No complaints, especially getting unlimited premium for 18.00 a month. Works very well on my 11PXL.

I activated last week after getting the 75% off plan earlier in the month. Porting in was one of the easiest ones I’ve ever done, so no complaints so far. If you read the Fi sub-reddit, most of the complaints are with device promos.
If you decide to go for any type of Promo, go over the T&C’s carefully. Fi is ruthless regarding enforcement and CS is in another realm.

Personally I don’t think it’s worth it at full price, but my spouse has the 75% off promo. Uneventful, which is really what you want from your cell service.

Unlimited Premium for $18/mo on Samsung S25. No complaints, great service. Will be going overseas in a month to try out the international roaming.

In my area, T-Mobiles service is not as good as Verizon's.....so despite a vastly lower bill, I'll have to switch

The service is good. The 75% off promo is great. Their customer service is horrifically terrible, and is basically the equivalent of a Gemini chatbot. If you run into any issues, don't expect them to be resolved.
If you're going to do it, wait for another 50% off or 75% off promo, or if you want to sign a 2yr contract do one of the promos with a free 11 Pro (but as someone else said, follow the promo terms TO THE LETTER)

Yeah I signed up with the 75% off promo for the unlimited premium plan. It’s on my 17e unlocked iPhone, meanwhile my 17PM is carrier locked to AT&T on a postpaid plan. Pretty sure my 17PM is using QC8 on AT&T and my 17e is most likely on QCI6. I had both phones with me during a preseason NFL game, the Google Fi 17e phone had service with no issues, and my other phone on AT&T struggled.
It’s also had higher speeds when speed tests so overall I’m really happy with the service and performance. I’ll be using it in Aruba in a couple of weeks as international roaming is included for free.

This isn't specifically an issue with Google Fi (more so all non T-Mobile owned MVNOs) but as an iPhone user, the T-Mobile network in my area is rough without 5G SA. Sounds like Apple / T-Mobile MVNOs might finally get a solution to this, but for now, I avoid it. Mint has treated me well.

Yes I like GoogleFi, I have been on it for like 3 years now. I am on the Unlimited Standard, I rather like the international coverage the comes with (Unlimited Premium). International coverage worked great on my Pixel8 & Pixel9.
If you have not already switched make sure to look for new customer promos. Last I checked you could get a nice Pixel 11 PRO for very cheap & your plan will be discounted for like the first year. Like other people have said read T&C’s carefully. If you have already started the 5-day trial, you might not eligible for either of the new customer plans.
I did not have any issue porting my number over to GoogleFi. But some people have a very difficult time & I have not heard of great things about GoogleFi's customer service... but I have never needed to contact their customer service.
Also if you like getting a new device from Google, Samsung, or Motorola,.. you can get a good price on that new device. (BUT again make sure to read the T&C's carefully, if you break ONE requirement you will be setting yourself up for a future headaches.) If you have someone that uses iphones, they cannot buy one from GoogleFi at a discount.

I switched from Visible to take advantage of the 75% off promo and couldn't take it more than a month. I live in NYC (Manhattan) and the service was so much worse than what I was used to on Visible / Verizon. Switched to TotalWireless for $20/Mo and it's much better everywhere I go.
Additionally, on the premium plan you only get 100 gigs per month of high-speed data. I didn't like having to limit usage, so I switched.
