This shows a few symptoms of schizophrenia which are sadly very common.

The disorganized speech including ‘Clanging’ (speaking in words chosen for their sounds, rhymes, or alliteration rather than meaning) and ‘Word Salad’ (uttering completely random, confused mixture of disconnected words/phrases) is on full display. The speech coupled with the paranoid delusions/delusions of grandeur (I’m an FBI agent) made it obvious to me.

This exactly. Our 24 hour hold catch and release "treatment" of mental health issues is why we have people in stores ranting God knows what and arguing with telephone poles and running naked through traffic.

There is no “split personality” only DID (dissociative identity disorder) and it is extremely rare, sadly it became a bit of a trend among some younger people to LARP as having DID, same with autism/torrettes.

Yeah she needs to be detained, and a family member be given full guardianship over her affairs. Not sure if she will ever become violent. I hope not, but she obviously quite unwell
