I've built a website called adabus.app that simulates bus times for the TRNC. Most of the bus times were taken from the companies' websites or from their announcements. I think the bus stops are probably incomplete too. I made it to help people coming to the island.

I built a web app for my mom to study for the traffic-sign portion of the KKTC driving license exam, and I'd love a few people to try it out and tell me what's broken. She used it to study for her exam and she passed :)

What it does:

- Flashcards with spaced repetition for all 170+ official traffic signs — you see the ones you keep missing more often, and the ones you know less often.
- A multiple choice quiz mode.
- A "find it in the booklet" mode: instead of just showing you an isolated icon, it shows the actual scanned pages from the official driving course booklet and has you try to spot the sign yourself before revealing the answer.
- Works in both Turkish and English (toggle in the top corner).
- No account, no ads, nothing to install. Just a website, works fine on a phone.

It's genuinely in beta. I built it myself for my mom and she is the only one who has used it so far, so there are probably rough edges. If you try it, I'd really appreciate hearing:

- Anything that's broken or confusing
- Whether it works well on your phone specifically, since I assume that's how most people will actually use it

Hi! I'm a medical student currently studying outside Cyprus and I'm considering transferring after my second year. I'm looking at Near East University, Eastern Mediterranean University, and University of Kyrenia, specifically their English Medicine programs.

I'd really appreciate opinions from current or former students, especially about:

• Is the Medicine program actually taught in English in practice, or do professors sometimes teach in Turkish?
• How good is the medical teaching, especially basic sciences?
• How are the clinical rotations? Which hospitals do you rotate through, and do students get good patient exposure and hands-on experience?
• How are the professors and administration?
• How easy is it to get involved in research?
• For anyone who transferred from another medical school, how was the transfer/credit evaluation?
