This makes me feel sad for that woman.

She seems happy. June however... sheesh! Not even at the bratty teenage stage yet.

Yeah, been down this rabbit hole. She has a real biological family AND kids. It just appears to be the way she enjoys expressing creativity. I don't think there's a reason to feel sad for her.

Even if this is a bit, it’s so high effort that it can’t be worth it. There are moments where it has the comedic timing down pat, and that scares me.

It's like really good Nathan For You or early episodes of the Office, where it's just on a knife's edge of being truly funny and just like soul-crushingly uncomfortable, and they just twist the fuck out of that knife

The sound effects crack me up. But it shows how much effort goes into editing and yeesh

That's a really nice house, I wonder what their primary income is. Or does she make that much doing this 🤨

I think we all might be surprised how much she makes with this. I have seen her on several platforms now. Seems like she's getting viewed

I don't know if I buy this as a 'hobby'.
1
u/GoodBoundaries-Haver 16h ago
What do you mean you don't buy it? Like you don't think she is actually playing with them for fun?
2
u/FatHaleyJoelOsment 15h ago
No. I don't buy that using the phrase 'hobby' for whatever the fuck this is is appropriate.

I don’t care if people do weird as fuck shit in their free time so long as I retain the right to label it weird as fuck.

I could never comprehend how people got into this, acting as though the doll is real and even presenting themselves in public with it and sort of expecting people to play along. Then I had a kid who was basically on the edge of death for two weeks after birth. I was suddenly in a constant state of profound terror. It was genuinely indescribable, though I think most people who have had kids can probably imagine it.
It even occurred to me during that time how I would have done literally anything I possibly could to protect my kid. But I was helpless as I wasn’t a doctor. Then it occurred to me what I would do to alleviate the pain if my kid didn’t pull through it. That’s when it sort of clicked.
Since then, I feel so badly for these people as it’s almost certainly a result of some severe trauma, sometimes related to the loss of an actual child.

If it makes you feel any better, her social media handle seems to be "The Dolls Aren't Real".
That fact makes me feel better.
Ok, fine I'm just telling myself it makes me feel better, join me

The way that this is far, far too much effort and money to possibly be anything short of completely sincere.

The amount of available resources you need to participate in this delusion/hobby is staggering.

Most people are struggling to provide for real kids and then you got this crazy shit. More and more I’m convinced this world is just reality tv for higher dimensional beings

This is literally not harming anyone. Theres more shit to worry about, like why most people are struggling to provide for their real kids. Shift your energy to a better target.

How does this psycho have the resources to do this in the first place? I'm worried about lunch!

I know there is something off, but it sure would be nice if folks put their energy into adopting or rescue animals

Yeah, it might be a bit, but all that kid shit is expensive. Maybe she has kids ? With that perfect lanky body ? Doubt it.

u/FoxxyRin 16h ago
Not gonna shame what she's doing since it makes her happy and harms nobody...
But I think June needs an exorcism.
