I’ve been a PRN princess the past 2 years. I just got a a PRN job in PreOP/PACU but I also got a Full time offer for NICU on days.

In AZ a new to service NICU job on days is like .01% chance. My goal long term is being PRN/ part time. Because full time just doesn’t work well with my family. I feel like PRN part time NICU jobs are almost non existent in Phx. Should I even take the NICU job? I feel like there’s more opportunities for PRN/part time in preop pacu. Or should I do both for a year and then quit the NICU if they can’t offer me part time at a year.
