US MSN Assignment

Hi everyone, I hope this is allowed… I’m an RN currently enrolled in an MSN program. My assignment is to interview 3 nurses from different cultures/race/generation. If any nurse is interested in answering these questions, it would be greatly appreciated.

Interview questions:

Your Age/Culture/Generation

How long have you been a nurse

What specialty area are you currently in?

Describe the type of work and hours you desire to work?

Describe what you desire from your work life?

What do you do for self care/relaxation?

What do you desire from your nurse manager?

Three nurses from different cultures/races/generations, from Reddit, is hardly a representative sample. What insight is this supposed to provide that reaches graduate level ? Or is this for some outfit like Waldon?
