Any one else's osrs mobile on andriod refusing to open?

Some times I can get in sometimes I cant, I just reupped my mems too

What's up with the game on mobile. Managed too get in for like 15 mins but couldn't change worlds. It's been fucked all day.

Working on my SRA grind on mobile and so far.. not much of a grind. I am also 2/3 of the way towards Ultor but moving onto Leviathan now.

Error connecting to server - nothing loading.

Running latest iOS and app updated, but on 5G / LTE.

How do osrs run on the fold 8? Or works great on the 7 and 8 ultra but I havent seen anyone or videos of anyone running it on the 8 folded.

I’ve been playing osrs for almost a year. I play both pc and mobile (I play on a iphone 16 pro max and on a m4 ipad pro 13inch) and just thought of some suggestions that would be super duper nice to have

1) fix battery drain - i tend to play on 15-30fps just to save my battery health

2) introduce portrait mode - let the player decide where to place what just like on desktop

3) some runelite plugins or similar - GPU being notable and some QoL for bank

4) add support for magic keyboard/ mouse and keyboard - sometimes it’s nice to be able to use different types of play

5) stop disconnects when switching apps - this could just be a ios thing and devs have no control over that

these are just some that I have been thinking about recently and would love to hear what you guys also think and if you have any other suggestions or fixes :))

Been frustrated with the inconsistency in the responsiveness and stutter lately, which is extremely noticeable at content like doom. It is strange because the lag does not correspond to my wifi/data bar, I.e., it can be really bad, e.g., input lag can be 2 or more ticks behind, even when im full 5 bars (5G+/LTE+), but somehow good at 2 or 3 bars.

Im on low populated east US servers only which are suppose to give me the lowest latency. I think I noticed its usually better in the morning and then goes to absolute shit throughout the afternoon and evening?

Obviously these are not noticeable when skilling/afking where ticks dont really matter.

Does anyone else experience this? If so, are there any solutions that can help with the lag? Is it client end or server end thats the issue?

Is it something you just have to accept as a mobile player?

Purely mobile player here… only just decided to finally do dragon slayer 2 to unlock vorkath and 3rd kill in getting this skeletal visage… feel like I should give up now as the RNG gods will never smile on me again

This has honestly been the most annoying, game breaking bug. I know i know, force close and it works. The amount of times I forget upon logging in to do it though.. im sure half the cc/friends list thinks im botting now cuz i cant see any messages.

Was especially annoying doing things like hunter rumors, thieving etc. Hunt 20 extra creatures cuz i didnt get the message for rare item, until I notice it in my inventory. Do 50 PP's without realizing i have no dodgy necklace on anymore. Let alone the biggest one... not being able to interact with anyone in an MMO???

Have they addressed this at all?

Edit: on an s25, idk if ios has the same problem.

Just out here doing my best. Yes my RC is higher than Hunter. It was higher than slayer until last week.

There was a mini mass going on at the chaos altar and the pkers protecting them started going for me 👀 gf sir

Took quite a few attempts, but got my quest cape back. Drakan was pretty tough on mobile.

Haven’t played in a few years and decided to dip my toes back in with some slayer. Think the game is trying to keep me around.

For way too long Jagex hasn't given us much news about future plugin support for mobile, so i vibecoded my own puzzle box solver.

Still work in progress, but for now i'm happy with the result.

App also features an overlay for (quick) quest guides since PiP or splitscreening the osrs wiki didn't feel great.

What do you guys think?
