Question Question for transfer students
I’m a freshman at a different university in Ohio and am looking to potentially transfer in after this year. For those who have transferred in, have you had any problems adapting to life on campus, making friends, and etc?
Also for those who have transferred in, what were your stats like at your previous school?

the ppl that you click with DURING class, try to say hi if u see them around. get their instagram, like and reply to their stories. I didnt do this on purpose but it did lead to me becoming closer with some classmates. Also, global may study abroad if u can get funding for that. its easy to befriend people you have to see everyday for 20-30 days straight. also clubs but those didnt work for me bc i'd encounter ppl with friend groups within the club. if they arent looking to socialize outside of that, it can be disappointing.
also i adapted well other than that, it can be overwhelming to see the amount of people that exist on campus but overall its fine. also my stats from transferring was 3.0 and like hella W's and a few bad grades. im being vague but my stats were meh, transferring is a lot easier getting in.

You'll get use to it, for my first semester here, it was def. A lot to take in, but after that its not so bad. Friend wise, club is the best, especially something you're interested in like your hobby and go to the meeting.
3.8 something from CSCC
