I did this with like acrylics or some shit, the canvas is also a bit bigger, about 30 x 40 cm

This took me a long time to do, about 1 year, one of my longest projects, finally over. I'm pretty satisfied with the results. I hope more people mod this game.

The front and back portion will be merged with a few other elements. I will be combining my sleeve with Chaos Emeralds from the Sonic Universe, and Climbing axe symbol from Tomb Raider.

The backside of my arm, how it will blend in to this side of the tattoo. I shall update once done.

If anyone curious, the blue logo you see at the bottom is of Hope Lantern Corps from DC comics. I will be getting the Green Lantern logo on my right wrist little later in the year sometime.

I missed to update. So this is like my headcannon, You see the smol bits of paper type around the tail and back. That is Divine Confetti from Sekiro! And i wanted to some blue flames in there. Also extra red on paws and tail is to show the ULTIMATE Shiranui form.

(Divine confetti - assists in fighting against apparition type enemies, which I believe Ammy to do. Also applies a buff of increasing attack power)

Some backstory! My first ever tattoo I got was Ammy and Issun; that was the day I met my artist, later mentor and now boss and one of my very best friends. We hit it off, and I later apprenticed with her. That was nearly four years ago, and my tattoo will forever be a poignant moment for me.

This week I came full circle. A client asked me for what they called their dream tattoo - Solar Edge from Okami. I was beyond and excited, and I am so, so, SO incredibly happy with how it turned out!

They were over the moon, and I cannot express how much I love this game. It lead me to what's now my career, and changed my life. Getting to do this piece was just icing on the cake.

Okami was the first game that truly made me appreciate a video game as art, way back when I was 13. Now at 33, I finally got the tattoo I always wanted.

I redrew the originals artwork with ink for practice purpose. Some part are slightly distorted as my drawing has begun to rust…

Got her done two weeks ago and it’s healing up beautifully. Kudos to Joe (chinito_tatts) for bringing my sketch and idea to life

15 inch wooden disc. I plan on getting some fabric and rope to make some faux fire later this week.

It's a pin & I plan to pin it on one of my bags until I can get a thing to put all my pins on.

Also, I didn't see a merch tag or whatever & went with what fits (creating pins is a craft, therefore it's a form of art, so I guess it's perfect).

Saw the capygami and decide to make one in photoshop for the awawa creature.

I imagine the cutscene for when Ammy meets Hyragami is like the video where the Hyrax is backing away and yelling "Awawa!" at Ammy as she approaches confused.

Doing a complete sleeve with various points from different games/comics that have meant a lot to me.

The logo you see under Amaterasu, is the symbol of Hope from Lantern Corp. Dc Comics

And of course, Okami Amaterasu in all her glory!
