And drink pints, which is also confusing as they are 20oz, not 16oz as in America. This pisses off many British visitors.

Fun fact from Canada - in this fine nation, it is illegal for a bar to sell "pints" that are not a proper 20 oz. If it's not 20 oz, they can't call it a pint. I mention it because "pint" is sometimes used as a generic/colloquial term for a draft beer.

Back in the day, you know, back when we used to go down and visit the States, I used to always raise shit about their meager pints.

However, strangely, you can order a litre of beer at most places. I don't know why they even stock the 1L glass. It usually baffles the locals.
