my mom used to whisper pinch me & my sister when we got too 'animated' in social settings. I still remember the pain!

Ugh! Memory just floated to the top. Make no mistake, my Mom was the BEST but lord do I remember being 'whisper pinched.' Right in the inside of the upper arm. It hurt like a mutha & I was the best- behaved the rest of the day.
