I saw an interview with Roger Daltrey. He said he had to be the grown-up in the band to keep them somewhat grounded (something like that), because the others had too much substance issues. My understanding was that Roger didn't even drink alcohol, or atleast not much... 🤔

Roger didn't take anything in regards of any drugs and Pete was a secret dabbler whilst writing and it's true when they say all the best songs were written whilst being under the influence.

I'm 63, so I'm definitely a "boomer''. I'm guessing he's talking about over-dub-ins, where whomever OR whatever created this video added in. I honestly didn't even noticed any over-dub-ins when I watched it - OR maybe I just don't remember them, bc I'm an old "boomer"... 🤣

Ok, I watched the video again. All I saw was several shots of the band performing this song & mixed in at the appropriate spots - instead of watching them all perform the song together from a distance. I see nothing wrong with that. It makes it more entertaining. I came from the Mtv era. I like creative videos. If you don't like creative videos - why let it take the focus away from the music. If you don't like watching the video, then simple close your eyes & enjoy the great song... 🤣🙂

Yeah yeah. If I wanna enjoy the great song I just fire it up on my main rig. I was hoping to get the real recording. Moon just looks like a little kid pretending to be a drummer. Glad everbody else got a charge.
