I believe they were the Los Angeles Aztecs. I saw him play back in the day. He was my hero!

*1977. George was out of soccer by 87.

This would have happened around 1976 - 1978 when George best played for the los angeles Aztecs

If I remember correctly, he scored IMO one of if not the best goal ever when playing for them.

He went in and back out of the box multiple times beating the defence before deciding to score.
